I feel as though I’m emerging from an illness. Definitely more pale—that’s frightening, isn’t it. Definitely feeling a little mooshy—haven’t done my proper weightlifting workouts as I should. Swimming doesn’t exactly build muscularity, so it’s back to the gym I go for a normal workout again.

I’ll be so up for this again…in a year. Hooray for liquid nutrition, crackers and dip. Because that’s about what I’ve eaten for a month. Pros: little squeezy spot on my belly–gone! Cons: have to take in pants sometime next week. Am pulling off jeans without unbuttoning them now.
